I would just like to express from our office our sincerest gratitude at a job well done in helping our client.  She contacted DSB claims after hours at 1:38 am December 11, 2019 and by 2:00 am December 11, 2019 she received a call back from you. You were on site by 3:30 am December 11, 2019 and had the company restoration contractor there by 3:45am same night. The city inspector was called and was on the scene by 4am December 11, 2019 and  you were only waiting for the landlord to give okay to start the restoration work.  By 7:30 am restoration work had begun this morning after landlord gave the okay. I spoke to the client and the insured feels really taken care of. 

This is definitely a great way of helping our clients after hours.

To whom this may concern,

My name is Domenic Gelao. My family and I (me ,my wife, and our 4 young children) had a stroke of bad luck one night when the toilet flooded our bathroom on the top floor of the house we are renting. This led to quite a bit of water damage not only upstairs, but all the way down to the basement.

That night I made a call to my insurance company. While on the call and starting my claim, I was told I would hear from my adjuster in the morning. I forgot to mention this all happened at about 1 o'clock in the morning.

Shortly after getting off the phone with the insurance company, I then received a call from Antonella Di Salvo. We spoke for about ten minutes as I explained to Antonella that I was a tenant at this property and the situation that was going on.

Antonella ran me through what the next step is for me and my family, and what she will be doing. Antonella then came to the house to see the damage first hand the very next day. From that point she gave me her card, and told me to feel free to call if I had any questions.

Anytime I called or messaged Antonella, which was quite a few times, I would receive a prompt response or phone call.

Due to the current situation wIth COVID-19, I have not been able to work, making this current situation even more stressful.

Antonella made this situation very easy to deal with and took care of everything. She is a very kind compassionate person and wants to help her clients.

Anyone will be very lucky to deal with Antonella. Her knowledge and willingness to help is something that should not be overlooked, and is how everyone in your company should strive to treat your clients.

Now that this flood is all behind my family and I, we would like to just say thank you, Antonella.
