After Hours Claim Service

The Broker Claim Administration Service has an after- hours 24/7/365 property claim service at no extra cost. If a property claim is reported after hours, holidays or on week ends, a DSB Claims adjuster will be dispatched to the home or business of your clients arriving within 60-120 minutes. A detailed report will be created and delivered to the broker within 24 hours. The broker can use this report to review the loss with their client.
